Le Mas d'Huston is a 4-star hotel with its own international golf course, gourmet restaurant and beauty spa centre in Saint-Cyprien in the heart of the Languedoc-Roussillon region.
Our Chef, who comes from Toulouse but has lived in the Catalan region for over 12 years, creates seasonally inspired menus and buffets. Julien Boy's recipes are inspired by local ingredients and are a fine example of Surf & Turf cuisine. The Chef gives a modern twist to traditional, "safe bet" cooking that combines an array of flavours.
As a member of the association of professional chefs "Toque Blanche du Roussillon", Julien Boy takes part in a number of events including as a culinary coach in the competition "Cuisine et Millésime", as a participant
in the gourmet tasting event "Palais Gourmand de Perpignan", as a member of a jury for professional exams, and in local radio interviews.
Julien Boy's curiosity when it comes to experimenting with ingredients and his passion for gourmet cuisine have earned him a place in the renowned club "Les Disciples d'Auguste Escloffier" - an international culinary association that works to promote gourmet cuisine and the way it is passed down and adapted through the generations.
The menus at our restaurant Le Mas and brasserie L'Eagle change throughout the year according to the seasons and the new creations of the Chef and his team.
